Hello I am Eric Harden. I have been working with individuals and families for the last 20 years with many different types of issues. I started this journey working on my own needs and have , like many, experienced dramatic healing and great new direction in my own life. Of course, I had the help of many good therapists and others who cared and showed it. They helped me to chart a new course, one of helping others, while doing my own work. This is not only a profession for me, its also who I am! I have, like all of us, experienced my own losses and trauma's along my journey. I am very experienced in working clients and their families to heal from addictions, traumas, disrupted and broken family systems, esperience with the legal system and many types of mental health issues; as well as an understanding of how trauma, out of control power systems and disconnection informs my practice and services. I always meet people where they are and walk with them on their Journey to the Life they want, amd if I can't help I will make sure you get connected with someonw who can! I am licensed in Oklahoma as an LADC/MH ( Licensed Alcohol,Drug Counselor, and mental health counselor) and and an LPC ( Licensed Professional Counselor) in Oklahoma and Oregon.
