Hello I am Eric Harden. I have been working with individuals and families for the last 17 years with many different types of issues. I started this journey working on myself and I have experienced dramatic healing and new direction in my own life. Of course, I had the help of many good therapists and others who cared about me. They helped me to chart a new course, one of helping others. I feel this is not only a profession for me, but a Calling. I'm experienced in working clients and their families to heal from addictions, trauma, disrupted family systems, and many other types of mental health issues. An understanding of trauma and disconnection informs my practice and I always meet people where they are and walk with them on their Journey to the Life they want. I am licensed in Oklahoma as an LADC/MH ( Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with MH specialty) and and an LPC ( Licensed Professional Counselor) If you want to get started or resume a Journey you took a break from please contact me to begin!
